I just found heavy cream in 500 ml bottles while shopping (gamechanger). I want to really push myself with the heavy cream and build up to huge amounts. So I wondered how much were you able to handle in one day?
I drink about 1 quart each day or two. Depending if I can afford to buy it. As it's a bit pricey. As others have said, it's best to spread it out throughout the day. I also find it's good to have some after eating.
